Knotted in Love takes your privacy and confidentiality very seriously. I understand that anyone who uses the website or services will be concerned to know that their data is being used lawfully. With regards to Data Protection Act and GDPR I take my responsibilities seriously and will keep every detail you share completely private.

No data will be sold or disclosed to a third party and will only be shared with relevant wedding suppliers if you have given me permission to do so.

We collect data from you when you provide it to us, whether this be via the website contact form, phone, emails, social media or in person meetings. The information you enter into the contact form is encrypted and is delivered by email.

When you buy a service from us, a contract is formed between you and us. We will only communicate to you about your chosen service and to manage our customer relationship with you throughout your event.

To carry out obligations under that contract we must process the information you give us. Some of this information may be personal information.
